    Thanks for the great tool…

My Prayer Times 2003 all of a sudden stopped generating calendar appointments in my Outlook 2003. I get the “Generating appoinntments window”, but when it’s done there are no appointments added to Outlook.
    I have:
    1. Uninstalled and re-installed outlook.
    2. Uninstalled and reinstalled Office
    3. Unistalled and re-installed Prayer Times 2003
    4. Run windows XP system file checker
    5. Tried Prayer Times 2007

None of teh above works… Your tool is so useful that I come to rely on it working well…when it fails it’s a real problem!

    Suggestions?

    Hello,

I have been searching for an app that will allow me to put the daily prayer times in my Outlook 2007 calendar, and this seems to be it, but http://www.itworx.com/downloads/PrayerTimes/PrayerTimes_2007.msi doesn’t seem to work…does anyone have a local copy/mirror/alternate download location for this extremely useful application?

    Salam alaikum,
    Hossam El-Saie

I can not access the file either. I would really love to be able to have this. I had it in Outlook 2003 but since I upgraded to 2007 I have really missed it.

This is the message I get when I click the link, looks like a SharePoint permissions issue.

The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator: /downloads/PrayerTimes/PrayerTimes_2007.msi

    Salam alaikum wa rahmat Allah,

Happy new Hijri year to all the Muslims. I have working copies of both the Outlook 2007 prayer times plugin and the Prayer Times gadget for Windows Vista/Windows 7. If anyone needs a copy and is unable to access the regular download sites, please feel free to send an email to doctorhossam at gmail dot com and I will be happy to provide a copy.

I want it to be clear that my intention here is to only provide an alternate distribution source of these highly useful programs that ITWorx has developed. I found some difficulty in obtaining them from the normal download links and a brother was kind enough to email me his copy. I am only returning the favor. If the people at ITWorx would like me to stop, please let me know and I will do so immediately. I am not modifying or altering the programs in any way.

    Jazakum Allah khair,
    Hossam

    Asslamu Alaikum,

I used to use this software on Outlook 2003. I am now using Outlook 2007, but on an XP machine. All the downloads I can find are for Vista.

Can someone direct me to the appropriate version of the program.

    Jazakallahu khayran

    Asalam-o-Alikum!

I have tried installing Prayer Times 2007 in Outlook 2010 but the installation gives a message saying Outlook XP or higher is needed. Will there be an update to support Outlook 2010?

    Salam,

So unfortunate…eventhough mashallah we have such a large community, no developer wants to work on this useful software. It had been tremendously useful because of its simplicty and no frills. No longer works with outlook 2010.

do you have a version for outlook 2010 and win 7

I have installed this plugin when I was using MS Office 2007 and Windows7. when I migrated to MS Office 2010 this plugin is also migrated during Office 2010 automatically, It is still functioning in my Outlook 2010.
To access the menu in Outlook 2010, click on File\Options. Then select Add-Ins on the left page, on the right page click button Add-in Option. Outlook will open the Prayer Times setting panel.
For me it works well in Outlook 2010.

    wassalam.

  15. Some tips i have observed in terms of laptop memory is that there are features such as SDRAM, DDR and so forth, that must match
up the specs of the motherboard. If the personal computer’s motherboard is reasonably current while there are no os issues, replacing the memory literally normally requires under 1 hour. It’s among the easiest laptop or computer upgrade procedures one can imagine. Thanks for revealing your ideas.

I love this program but I wish that it allows me to also enter prayer reminders for the other three prayers. At the moment i only see Dhur and Asar.
